A simple stem of the rail's power line will be the device for restoring an abandoned caravansary or to found a micro-cluster of nomadic and traveling population, giving birth to thousands of new places in the immense landscape, while saving the most ancient (and modern) way of life. All the places, connected to the network, are identified as dots on the map.
The map is defined by the access to the web: each signal sent from the clusters or from single travelers is collected, generating a light stratification of culture and identities. Dots have different degrees of intensity, according to the frequency of connection and therefore identify the places and routes of major cultural importance.
The e-netmap will appear as an unstaedy Milky Way: the rails as a linear mother-infrastructure; dots representing the temporary or fixed clusters with their cultural heritage, and tiny, flashing lights, witnessing traces of the isolated travelers.
